This legal notice explains how our terms apply when you create, use or close an account from Malaysia. Access, eligibility and account activity depend on local law and are available where local law permits; if a rule in your location prevents access, our terms do not

override that rule. We keep payment references, login records and account messages so we can handle disputes, verify withdrawals and answer legal requests. Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost dan FPX may appear in your wallet history as supporting records, not as separate legal contracts with us.

If you ask for a copy, correction or deletion of account data, we check identity first and respond through the contact path linked to your account.
